Project Details

The 12,700 sq. ft. addition to the existing building includes spaces for the administrative suite, five standard classrooms and one SPED classroom. Renovation work included the conversion of the existing administrative suite into a new Kindergarten room. Work also included construction of a new parking lot providing 125 parking spaces and improving vehicular circulation for loading and unloading students. Heating and cooling for this addition utilizes a ground coupled water source heat pump system. Primary piping, pumps and the well-field vault are sized to allow the conversion of the existing 45,000 facility to geo-thermal heating and cooling in the future.
