Project Details

This project consists of a building addition to an existing office building and telephone switch & frame room. The existing telephone switch & frame room needed to be kept operational throughout the course of construction. The new addition provides customer service area, offices, workrooms, meeting rooms, and a large conference room. Featuring natural day lighting through numerous skylights and generous window openings, the brick veneered, steel-framed building has wood infill exterior walls, wood interior partitions, steel roof system with a single ply rubber roof and a fire-rated wood truss first floor assembly. A closed loop water source heat pump system is utilized. An automatic fire sprinkler system and emergency power generator are provided.
